Hey Rad Ed, welcome to the group! I don't see any reason why they wouldn't allow Bollywood Horror posts, after all India is an Asian country too.
Try posting your links in an Anything Goes post or in the Hollywood Horror section for now. I posted links to a British zombie flick in the Hollywood section I think, and it was quite well received! Eventually maybe one of the site masters will start a new Forum section for these Bollywood Horror flicks even.
