Yeah I quite like Ginger Snaps,it shares some themes with The Company of Wolves too.Did you only make it halfway through The Hills Have Eyes 2 because it was just that bad?I was surprised by how much I liked the first one so I was looking forward to seeing the sequel.

I just found myself wondering why i was watching it in the first place. I didnt enjoy any of what i had watched thus far in the movie and frankly i was too tired to watch a movie that i already got so little out of.

Oh dear,it doesn't sound too promising,it was the same with the two original movies,the first one was good the second one was terrible!

Watched Freddy vs Jason again last night,it's not clever but it's quite fun,well the end battle is fun anyway :lol:

you know what, i've never seen this movie!! That's surprising for a guy who love horror, heheh! So who won anyway?

SPOILER! It was a cop-out tie thing. Jason "won", but then you see him carrying Freddy's head and Freddy winks. It was pretty lame. I kind of really hated most of the newer movies in both franchises.

Ugh, yeah, I know. What with all the bruhaha about it not being a remake...I dunno how I feel. If I were to base it on my opinion of Rob Zombie following House of 1000 Corpses, then I'd be completely mortified. Basing it on The Devil's Rejects, I'm...slightly less apprehensive. Slightly. But Halloween is one of my top 5 and I must complain about anyone fiddling with it.

I dont know how to approach Rob Zombie movies.
1000 corpses was like watching texas but on a hit of acid. This is what made it good and bad.

Rejects was like a mix of natural born killers, texas and pulp fiction.
Once again, this is why it was good and bad at the sametime.

If i was to name my favorite american slashing character it would be myers, but i just dont know how to take this whole remake thing.
There is a part of me that says he might be able to do it justice considering how well he has used other peoples work in the past.

I have not been watching any non asian movies as of lately, but i have been addicted to watching old 80s episodes of ALF as of the past few weeks.

I have watched several TV shows from the 80s that i enjoyed as a child. With all of them i had to say to myself "why did i enjoy this?" ........... that is, all but ALF. Great shit.

Christ,I remember watching ALF years ago,it was my favourite show at the time.It's nice to re-visit old TV shows now and again,just lately i've been getting all nostalgic over Buck Rogers,Battlestar Galactica and Quantum Leap .... those were the days!
