Plot Summary :
Se-jin, a young woman who lives in an old apartment in a Seoul suburb, amuses herself by observing the windows of the apartments on the other side. One day, she notices that the lights of some of these apartments are turned off at the very same time. She begins to suspect that this pattern is somehow related to a series of mysterious deaths in the neighborhood. She becomes more and more deeply involved as she attempts to solve the mystery.

This movie wasn't too bad actually. I say that because somewhere I'd heard that it was awful. Granted, there's nothing at all original here... but even so the cookie-cutter Asian horror cliches worked well in this film.

There are far better films than this one, but if you feel you've seen them already and are looking for a film to kill some time this shouldn't disappoint you. I watched it alone with headphones on, and the jump scare tactics were very effective. This was largely due to good sound effects and timing.
